Hello world

Hello. I'm so glad you found me. For many years I've wanted to blog... but the focus topic has always alluded me. I decided that a home for all of my professional endeavors is the best choice. I started my journey in learning and development in 1999 at the Disneyland Resort. Since then, I've worked in learning and development for multiple industries: Sprint/Boost Mobile (telecom), Staples (fulfillment center), Placer Superior Court, Access Dental (dental services), Wachovia (banking) & Applied Medical. I'll dive deeper into my experiences in all of these areas in future posts.

The purpose of this site is to connect with other professionals and provide a landing spot for future. I'm still figuring it all out... so I'll post this first blog while the site in is still under construction. There's not reason to wait for it to be perfect, because perfection doesn't exist!
