Unpacking My Journey: I Am Remarkable Certification Experience
I was introduced to the I Am Remarkable curriculum when a co-worker brought to my organization in 2021. The content spoke to me. I've always struggled with speaking confidently about my accomplishments. After the class I immediately set my sights on getting certified. At the time it was run by Google and now it's run by Rmrkblty.
What is I Am Remarkable?
The word remarkable has made people in my classes nervous, but it was chosen for a reason. Here's a video from Rmrkblty to learn more.
Certification Process
In 2021, the certification process was a bit harder due the amount of people wanting to be certified. I had to be online early in the morning the day the certification schedule was released. There was a lapse in my certification due to workload in 2023, so in 2024 I got rectified using the new process.
Attend an I Am Remarkable session
The first step is to attend a session. This allows you to get all of the initial benefits of the course.
Attend an I Am Remarkable train the trainer session
This session focuses on details of the program and best practices for facilitating it in person or virtually.
Facilitate a session
To complete the certification, you must facilitate a qualifying session.
